WHEN TO ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

    Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arrive no more than ten minutes early for your appointment. Because we are a small studio we are unable to accommodate early start times/late arrivals. If you arrive late to an appointment this time may be deducted from your service time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without contacting us, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please contact me if you are running late. Thank you for your understanding!

WHAT KINDS OF THINGS SHOULD I LET MY PRACTITIONER KNOW BEFOREHAND?

Inform your practitioner of any medications or medical conditions that you are currently experiencing. If you have a communicable illness, an active cold sore, mysterious rash or anything of the sort, please let your practitioner know as soon as possible. We are unable to provide services under these circumstances, and will need to reschedule your appointment.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

 

The majority of products used in the treatment room are available for you to purchase, to continue the great care you just received in the comfort of your own home.  Feel free to ask questions about any products or try them out during your service - mini's and samples may be available as well prior to your purchase. Skin by Ashley does not accept returns for services rendered, gift card purchase, or products purchased.  All sales are final with the exception in the event your purchase is defective - in this case it will be exchanged, please notify me of defective products immediately upon receipt.

SHIPPING

Lira Clinical orders will ship within 2 weeks of purchase - These packages ship from my home in Colorado.

Roccoco, TIZO & AnteAGE products will most often be directly shipped to you within 5 business days - unless there is a special order or backorder item you have purchased in which you will be notified of the delay.
